"This was, arguably, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Although one of the staff who spoke English was friendly and helpful, the place is a complete dump. Dust and hair all over the carpet, stains on the walls but the worst was the bed ... the mattress felt broken and I could not stop itching and scratching all night. I will attach some photos which I took, if Wotif.com allows me to upload them."

"This was a great hotel.. one of the biggest rooms on our 4 week trip...but...it was advertised as a adults only...now in Australia that means no kids...but here Japan it means a LOVE HOTEL.
