Very Good

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The hotel in itself is quite nice although it shows its age (old carpet, soiled walls etc). We were lucky to have a corner room and these are spacious and with a great view. Avoid going there on weekends: it’s packed and noisy. Weekdays are good. The main issue was with some of the staff. There is only one person speaking (some) English and misunderstandings are frequent. The worse was that when we extended the stay, he gave us a price (a little above the one for the previous day but still great). Unfortunately he mentioned the next day that it was for 2 people, not one… while he recognized the mistake, would not reduce the price accordingly. Not a good business move. No apologies either buy the way.
There are several things made us dissapoubted.
1. Food was ok. Soup for dinner and breakfast was not hot enough.
2. The bathroom was super old and had strong odor.
3. There were no bed making for the second day. The front desk confirmed to clean night before…
4. The front desk thought we were leaving and asking us payment and gave us a bill in the middle of staying.
5. No wifi in the room.
6. Carpet, wall, almost everywhere were old and stained.
7. The water pot was old. I didn't want to use it.
8. Need more amenity. No lotion anything in the public bath area.
9. We had to bring towels from the room. There were no extras.
10. A piece of hair was in the dinner but the person who I told said, I am sorry. She didn't seem to understand.
