"We enjoyed our stay at the Leonard Building, Apt 305. The place was very clean and conveniently located to Heritage Landing and other attractions we were interested in seeing during our stay. The building is very secure, which was also nice. We all felt the unit could use ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, as well as exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Aside from that no compliants. We loved the trendy decor."

Terrific patio, ideal for a cookout or cocktails. Short walk to the Frauenthal Theater, LC Walker Arena (Go Jacks!), bars, restaurants, museums, etc "

"We loved the long strolls through the neighborhood and to downtown Grand Haven. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple and they have plenty of towels and bathroom products. I even saw a few curling irons. Nice touch. Very private location and a sweet doggo named Stevie is a pleasant touch. We will be back to stay!!"

"We had a great time here! It was very clean and the setting was gorgeous in the trees. We even saw a deer one morning. We did walk to the beach once, but we had young kids with us and it was along a fairly busy road, so we drove after that. We enjoyed exploring Holland for a few days!"

"The space was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our time there while my daughter was at her dance competition. Unfortunately the day before we came there was a horrible storm that knocked out the power, not just at the apartment, but also much of the surrounding area (including hotels). The hosts were more than accommodating to the situation and were in consistent contact while we got everything figured out. The diner had great food and the staff was very friendly.
