"We rented this house with another family for a baseball tournament in Salisbury. The house was under 10 minutes from the field. And it sure beat a hotel as we had some extra down time. The place was charming, had comfy beds and was clean. We would stay again. "

"Beautiful home and location, loved the pond view from enclosed porch. Was very close to the zoo and family activities, shops and restaurants. If I had to point out a "bad" thing? Something that is not in the control of the owners....the driveway entrance is narrow, and takes some maneuvering, haha. But there is ample street parking, anyway. Enjoyed our stay! "

"We had our family of 4, an additional adult, and my niece stay for the weekend. This house was perfect for what we needed! It had everything we needed and more. Family games, throw blankets, extra blankets, extra pillows (of different densities), shower amenities, towel sets, makeup towels, ice maker, nightlights already in the bathrooms, coffee/tea amenities, a house netflix account, adjustable thermostat, and enough hot water for all of our showers! "Property was well maintained and accessible. Our only complaint was lack of necessary supplies. Information noted necessary items supplied but would have to restock on our own should we run out. However, there was no hand soap in 1/2 bath downstairs, no dish detergent to wash dishes and only a small part of paper towel roll. Would also suggest at least one box of tissues somewhere in unit. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! "

"The AC unit went up right before we arrived. The property owners went out and got us window units right away, and the house stayed cool for us the entire time. We were very grateful they were so willing to help us out in this situation. Thank you!"

"Had a great weekend at this property. Secluded location. The game room was a lot of fun and the hot tub was very relaxing. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the grill was rusted out, dirty, and unusable. Not really a big problem if we had known prior, but we bought a lot of food for grilling which went to waste. Overall, would totally book again."

"My husband and another couple stayed at the home. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch looking at the water and ferry. The small town was quiet. The home was perfect with having two king size beds. We love the charm of the old home. I would stay at this property again and again! Loved it!!!"
