"Our first stay in this Hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff from the start, check in was a breeze. Security lock to the rooms so only guests have access as the bar and restaurant is open to the public. Room was great, had a balcony overlooking the main high street was a nice surprise. We had an evening meal there, good choice on the menu, again service was excellent. Following morning we had a breakfast, great selection, choice of cooked items as well as the cereal selections."

"We booked an overnight stay as having a girls weekend in Bath. I chose this hotel for the location, value and from previous reviews. Firstly the staff were all very warm, welcoming and professional. The hotel is a stones throw walking distance to the local bus stops ( bus goes straight through to Bath £3 pp each way) our bedroom was let's say a little dated as such and needed a little TLC but it was clean and tidy, basic necessities in place and spacious for a twin. "What a gem of a place! Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast with lots of choice of buffet items as well as cooked to order dishes. Stunning bedroom and en suite. Everything beautifully clean and thoughtfully presented. Loved the bespoke biscuits featuring an impression of the Full Moon Inn, packed in a brown paper bag closed with a tiny wooden peg. "We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. The bed omg the bed was so comfortable If we didnt have to be up early for longleat we would of slept in all day lol. Jon and i stayed in room 2 the beech tree room It was cosy and so quite.
