"Close to lots to do in Houston. Comfy beds, good water pressure. Adorably decorated. AC works great! Housekeeping needed some work. Has secure parking for two vehicles which is a plus in downtown! Kitchen had everything we needed except dishcloths strangely. Even had a bunch of board games that we did not get to utilize because we were there for work. Enjoyed our stay, thanks Fredrick!"

"The home was located in a wonderful area for kids and adults. Everyone was so friendly, all the restaurants were delicious and the kids had so much fun at the borad walk. "We had a wonderful time at this rental! The beds were very comfortable, and the space was exactly what we needed for a great spring break. The game room setup in the barn was a huge hit—we used it a ton! The pool was also a great addition, giving us plenty of ways to relax and have fun. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quieter area that didn’t feel overly touristy, yet still just a short drive to bigger towns and plenty of activities for the whole family. "This property is positioned perfectly! It was close to lots of options for our family’s 4 day getaway! The pictures are great, but even more spacious and beautiful in person. There were plenty of towels for both shower and the pool to go around so no need to pack those. It was myself, my wife, and 8 of our children who stayed. "My high school astronomy club members and two chaperones and I stayed at this place during our spring break trip to Houston to see the space center and Galveston. Regarding location and traffic, it was perfect for where we needed to get to. Being able to see the constellations from the pier and the back yard was amazing, and the sunrises were beautiful! "Overall, I really liked my stay. The house was beautiful, and large. It was extremely clean. It was a little empty and echoey, though.The neighborhood was mixed, because in one direction was the pedestrian overbridge, and some unsafe characters, and then the other direction was a beautiful neighborhood with street after street of well-kept houses."

"I went here on a retreat with 8th graders. The property was clean and well prepared. The recreational equipment was all in good order. The kitchen was adequate for cooking feeding a large group. The place would also be excellent for a reunion site. The decking, chairs and outside was spectacular with abundant seating areas in great condition."

"The house itself is great for a larger family and located just about 25 minutes from Space Center. We stayed after a new house cleaner and unfortunately it was less than ideal for cleanliness (floors covered in debris, dirty linens, bathroom had hair on tub, etc).
