The bedroom downstairs had a door w no window blind or curtain at least. 3 Bathroom had no toilet paper but rather just leftover from the previous guests. I paid 800 for 2 nights at least provide the basic amenity for your guests. And no trash bags for any of the trash cans. Kitchen definitely need a full size trash can"

"We stayed here as a little staycation to be close to the beach while I flew in from out of town and was very pleased with the property. Very nicely kept, clean and you can’t beat the view. The manager was always great to communicate with and it was great that we were able to bring our pets."

"Overall it was okay. Gas stove was hard to light had to use lighter. Tv in master would not work. The outside shower was very dirty, but everything else was great. I would stay again. FYI Beachside Village does not allow trailers to park on properties."

"We booked this space for our family and from the pictures it looked great. The actual space and pool was nice but the barn had games that were all not working. BUT the real problem was the roaches. We had to leave and get our own pesticide and clean though out the living spaces but they kept coming in. My guests were very uncomfortable and one even left. Very embarrassing. Especially the pests in the shower."

"The home was quite spacious and featured a variety of entertainment options, including arcade games, a poker table, a pool table, and a ping pong table, along with several lounging areas. There was ample parking space for over 10 vehicles. The detached apartment in the back was a nice feature, as it allowed for remote work without disturbing others. "Stayed a weekend with a large group of family. Overall the home was nice but definitely a little dated. Boards on the back deck area and near the pool would noticeably sink in while standing on them. The pool was OK, definitely aged and not very clean. Lots of empty beer/drink cans around outside of pool. Unfortunately upon check-in the home had not been cleaned. Most beds were dirty and all bathrooms had used towels thrown on the floor.
