"We were there as a family with 4 small children & they loved it! The pool was heated and made for a great time! The breakfast over the weekend changed, and it was delicious! Front desk was super helpful at all time and even the housekeepers were extremely friendly. Parking garage was packed at times, but we made do!! Overall, the location was right in the middle of all the attractions we were set for. "

"We had a great weekend with club Quartes hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was also super nice to do our laundry and not have to pay extra for it !"

"The day we checked in was busy as it was an Astros game but the staff was quick and efficient while still being friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, very nice, and great! We requested a rollaway bed and they had it brought to the room promptly given it was busy. The valet were also very quick in bringing the car down. "

"great location, the staff is very kind and nice. Overall the hotel and rooms are kept clean, no funny smells. Breakfast could be better. The lobby needs remodeling and new furniture. Maybe better lighting conditions in public spaces, some of them look a bit dark. Overall iit is a 9/10 if you are picky like me."
