"We were traveling with my elderly father and this house was perfect for those needing accessibility: ramp, shower stall hand rails, ADA toilets. Also there was a garage to keep snow off our car. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Comfortable couches and recliner! Also, the beds were very comfortable. "

"For the first time with our large media team, we were able to have a bed for every single person on the team. Loads of space for sleep, as well as hangout time. The rental had everything we needed, from shampoos and bodywash, a plethora of beds and blankets, and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Super easy to get in and out. "I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

Unfortunately the first day we were unable to get in due to a malfunctioning lockbox, and were initially told that a locksmith would be unavailable until the following Monday (we arrived on a Friday and were stranded for several hours with a small child and all our luggage.)
