Patricia's response rate to questions is quick and any and all queries resolved. The only negative was the building works taking place next door/overlooking the driveway, a new house is being built and the noise from the machinery, cutting of metal, hammering etc was a little annoying. "We are already talking about going back! Peaceful, charming towns, great markets, beautiful view, fruit trees, wonderful owners. Always shop local first! But Should neighborhood store be closed Aldi is not to far.away. Great place to unwind and recharge. Cows are just down the road, they made me so happy. Car required."

"Le Mayrinet is a rural gite and was much as we expected. It is situated about a 20 minute drive away from Verdun-en- Garonne where there are two supermarkets with everything you need for your stay. However if you are looking for lots to do, then expect to have to drive some distance! All we wanted to do was relax after a long journey through France in our Vintage car and therefore the gite was perfectly situated for us. Kevin welcomed us and showed us around the property emphasising that if...

"We were a group of 7 friends staying for a wedding hosted 5 mins away from the property. The home was perfect for such a big group, with lots of space for everyone. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and check-in/check-out process went smoothly. Our only suggestion would be to get some fans as there are no fans or AC and the windows do not have screens on them, so it would get very hot and you couldn't leave windows open without letting in mosquitoes. "The outside of the property is lovely. The pool is fabulous with a good seating area, however, we did have to clean the pool ourselves which we've never had to do at any other property we have rented. The interior of the house is very old and could do with having a thorough clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and some of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean. There was also a smell of soot in the lounge which exacerbated my daughters asthma so we chose not to use that room. Part of the house...

"Very comfortable and well equipped property with a beautiful garden and pool. Easy to drive to from Toulouse airport. The house is a former agricultural barn, very nicely designed and with modern furniture and furnishings. Everything you need is there and there are places to visit nearby. The lovely host Valerie is next door if you need any assistance. We really enjoyed our week there."

"Had a very good experience, Edwige was super fast in replying to all messages, answered all questions I had, welcomed us at the property and in general was superb host. Property had a very good location, and turns out very convenient for us as was located 5 minutes away from my husband’s cousin; clean house with all necessities available. Quiet residential area, in a walking distance to shop, superb pizza restaurant and boulangerie. Highly recommend to book this property! "

Losse terrastegels en klemmende deuren. Het huis heeft wel de charme van een statig Frans landhuis. De schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Haren op de badkamervloeren en zelfs een niet geleegd vuilnisbakje in de badkamer. We hebben wel heel erg genoten en tot rust gekomen in dit afgelegen vakantiehuis."

"Disappointed in not getting the room we booked The sinks were blocked and the smoke alarm was dismantled . The staff were excellent and sorted this but it should have been checked before hand"

Photos not accurate no facilities or wifi in room

"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room with no Wi-Fi or kettle. Very very disappointed. "
