"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room with no Wi-Fi or kettle. Very very disappointed. "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff did speak English. Hotel was clean and updated. Hotel located just outside the busy city. Quiet on top of a hill. I would recommend this hotel in Auch. "
