"Le Mayrinet is a rural gite and was much as we expected. It is situated about a 20 minute drive away from Verdun-en- Garonne where there are two supermarkets with everything you need for your stay. However if you are looking for lots to do, then expect to have to drive some distance! "Fantastic house and really well equipped, the house is cool inside with extremely comfortable beds and great sunset views. The pool is great and private. Patricia's response rate to questions is quick and any and all queries resolved. The only negative was the building works taking place next door/overlooking the driveway, a new house is being built and the noise from the machinery, cutting of metal, hammering etc was a little annoying. The noise is intermittent but did tend to start at 8am many...

"The outside of the property is lovely. The pool is fabulous with a good seating area, however, we did have to clean the pool ourselves which we've never had to do at any other property we have rented. The interior of the house is very old and could do with having a thorough clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and some of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean. There was also a smell of soot in the lounge which exacerbated my daughters asthma so we chose not to use that room. Part of the house...

"Grote prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis met een schitterend uitzicht . De ontvangst door de beheerder Stephen was erg vriendelijk. Het huis heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. Losse terrastegels en klemmende deuren. Het huis heeft wel de charme van een statig Frans landhuis. De schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Haren op de badkamervloeren en zelfs een niet geleegd vuilnisbakje in de badkamer. We hebben wel heel erg genoten en tot rust gekomen in dit afgelegen vakantiehuis."

"Had a very good experience, Edwige was super fast in replying to all messages, answered all questions I had, welcomed us at the property and in general was superb host. Property had a very good location, and turns out very convenient for us as was located 5 minutes away from my husband’s cousin; clean house with all necessities available. Quiet residential area, in a walking distance to shop, superb pizza restaurant and boulangerie. Highly recommend to book this property! "
