The house and bunk house were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The location outside of Llano was perfect. The property is in an area along the river that was very scenic with deer in the yard everyday. There are neighbors, but we never saw them and my guess is they are mostly getaway type places. I would recommend for your next trip. "

In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well...
