"The space was perfect for our week long visit to Boulder. We walked to Pear Street every evening for dinner. During the day we hiked Flatirons, Boulder Falls, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean."

"Michael and Susan were the most amazing hosts. They truly thought of everything to provide ease and convenience for their guests. The stay was cozy but had enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with great communication and help along the way. The beds were spacious and comfortable and they were generous enough to provide toiletries for us all. They earn my highest recommendation for quiet a stay in the area. "

"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. Entry was safe, clear and easy to enter. Basement was entirely mine. Easy to get around, items very easy to use. Fireplace downstairs was nice! Bed was comfortable as well as living area. "Knockout location perched up a hill overlooking plains toward Denver. Great view off deck. About 10-15 min drive from edge of town. Lucky's Market nearest grocery was great. The apartment is perfect. Felt private from main house. Deck was a dream. Super clean, fresh and great aesthetic vibe style. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. "My husband and I came to CO to see a show at the Red Rocks and we visited a few surrounding areas. This studio seemed to be 20 minutes from everything. It was easy to get to and from the place. The studio was clean and the hosts were kind and responsive to our questions. This place is in the middle of a residential neighborhood so it was not a place we wanted to lounge and hang out at; however, it was a good, affordable and practical place to stay for us and explore the surrounding areas."
