The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. "The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "My daughter wanted a quiet stay before heading back to CSU. She got exactly what she needed. This studio was the perfect location for her to walk, get some coffee and rejuvenate before the semester starts. Communication with owner was fabulous and easy. Will be back in the spring!"

"The cutest apartment, tidy and uncluttered. Located in a great location to walk a variety of places. The neighbors were kind. Yes there were homeless outside, but it was no problem as they are everywhere. Having a place to park was great. We parked and walked everywhere. Highly recommend! We didn’t want to leave. "

Pros: check in was easy, large living space, house is fully equipped with dishes, towels, extra blankets, washer/dryer, cute spots to eat/drink right downstairs!
