"Quiet neighborhood with many, many burrowing owl marked nests on the block! Loved our stay...even during the clean up of Hurricane Ian."

"We visited September 2024…. The hosts were absolutely amazing.. we had a situation where we needed a place .. I contacted the owner on VRBO and he couldn’t have been kinder.. We were able to check in that night and stayed for a week.. the home is gorgeous, lots of extras with this house… the home had almost anything you would need.. beach chairs, pool floats , pool noodles, towels, and fishing poles.. we will definitely return to this home .. "We were here for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful vacation. One of the nicest places we've stayed in Cape Coral. The house was just as it was advertised, very clean, every amenity you could think of, all the comforts of home. They're were 4 of us, adults, and we had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy, both inside and around the pool. "You cannot beat the location. It was fantastic. We didn't realize that the hotel was actually incorporated right into the pier. My only complaint was it was noisy at night, but that may have just been our suite as it was close to the stairs and the elevator. it seemed that there were many deliveries during the night highly recommend the location other than that "
