"First of all the place is as described if not better when it comes to the amount of space. It was clean on appearance. Unfortunately when we went to get in the bed the sheets did smell like they were left in the laundry wet too long and maybe not dried all the way. We did have two fresh Bath towels but no washcloths or any hand towels. Beware of coffee pot! We had read the reviews prior about having no coffee there so we made sure to stop and get some ground coffee for the coffee pot and...

From kayaks to paddle board to games in the garage there was plenty to do on property. There was also a water park across the lake and mini golf and bowling close by. "This was our sixth year in Cape Coral and this house was by far the best rental we have ever experienced. House was very clean, stocked with everything from bicycles, fishing poles, kayaks and plenty of pool supplies. The pool and spa were used every day and the sunset and view was just amazing. "The house was clean and loved the open concept. Easy instructions to get into the house. Great communication. The internet worked wonderful but for some reason it would kick the televisions off or our phones. It would do it at random times. Not sure why. Wouldn't detour us from renting again. Also to there is a difference between a spa and a jacuzzi. Did not know that till now. "
