They were extremely responsive via messaging and helpful and generous with our last minute request. The deck was covered and perfect to experience the rainforest in the rain. There is a walk down to a cool beach and if not pouring down rain the sunset would be great. We sincerely appreciated the customer care and support."

"Far and away my favorite place I stayed in New Zealand. We arrived after check-in, but they were super accommodating and kind when we called. The rooms were so spacious and nice, I wish we stayed longer. Exactly the place you want to land if you have spent a long day traveling. The breakfast was also delicious, and the folks working there were very kind and helpful when we had questions about the area."
