"What a find, in beautiful grounds with superb mountain views! Quiet area but easy walk into Franschhoek town (15mins). Lisa the Manager was excellent as were the rest of the staff; very attentive and pleasant throughout. The two pools offer more than enough room for all the guests to chill out, and they serve an adequate free breakfast. Although no food at other times of the day, it's easy to order in and eat outside in the wonderful garden surroundings. Really enjoyable experience...thank you."

"The hotel had only been open for 5 weeks when we stayed, but we were very impressed with the operation and the facilities available. Very large bed was really comfortable, aircon worked well and the balcony opening out on to a young vineyard was a lovely extra touch. Breakfast on both mornings was great, with lots of options including hot dishes. The gym was well-appointed (by hotel standards), and the sauna was a lovely touch of relaxation during our stay. The stay felt like good value for money - you are a little outside of Franschhoek town, but the vineyards are an easy taxi journey away. The only things I would expect to see which we didn't have, would be filtered water readily available throughout the resort (especially in the gym!), and more toiletries than just body wash and a bar of soap (I'd expect shampoo at a minimum, but conditioner and body moisturiser would be welcome additions). We will certainly consider this hotel again if/when we return to Franschhoek."

"It was my first time to South Africa, the receptionist and manager of the hotel helped me feel safe and welcomed. We arrived late due to delay and the receptionist was friendly, telling us where we can go to stretch our legs. When I asked if I can move the swing chair to outside my room, the manager offer to get the guard to help me. The place is lovely and I will definitely go back again."
