"The property itself is very nice, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The Host was very easy to contact and communicate with. We did have a few concerns about the neighborhood upon arrival, it is a transitional neighborhood. During our stay we had no issues and it was a quite peaceful area."

"We entertained local folks and comfortably had close to twenty folks hanging out at one time. Our dog is a Cattle Shepherd and had quite the time around the property. One suggestion for management - they need a pizza wheel. We would go back. "

"Eight16 was the perfect spot for our group of ten adults and three kids. It’s beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The layout is great in that even with a big group, there’s places to go to get some social recharge. The beds were supremely comfortable. Chatting to the host was a delight. Seriously, the only negative I can think of was the lack of closet space. But aside from that 10/10. "

"We were extremely impressed with the house. It is 4 bed, 3 baths with two of the rooms being master suites with their own bath and walk-in closet. The Great room area had a combined living room and dining area with plenty of room to accommodate friends who visited. We had 30 people from our Corvette Group in Bowling Green at the National Corvette Museum for their 30th Anniversary Corvette Caravan. It was an easy 30 minute drive to Nashville. Sally was helpful and very thorough. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Definitely recommend!"
