"Robbie's place was perfect for our stay in freezing cold January 3-5. With grandchildren ranging in ages of 10 to 1, there was enough to keep everyone busy with all the games. It was too cold to go outside.The kitchen dining area did not have enough room to accommadate 12 people, so we had to eat in shifts. Dissappointing for the birthday dinner. I would recommend putting in a bigger dining table. Also, not enough silverware for a large group, especially the forks. And lastly, a box of...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I'd like to suggest is replacing the bed in the 2nd room and add 2 twin beds. As adults we didn't want to share beds. The sofa sleeper was not comfortable. I'm sure it's from the constant use then sleeping on it. We loved the space where we all kiss it together talk laugh and catch up. We will absolutely be back soon. Thank you for everything c9ming bacoming back again soon"

"Stayed here with my husband and two adult children, and our dog. Very much as advertised, it is updated, clean, and quite spacious for a small layout. We appreciated the location - a 25 minute drive to downtown, or the Keystone Mall. It is in an industrial area that will likely be neighborhoods soon enough, but for now it is just off I65, with accessible gas stations and easy navigation. Very safe and quiet. "

"We stayed over the week of a convention in Indianapolis. Great location, only around an hour from downtown Indianapolis. Made breakfast and dinner each day. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Only complaint was the lack of a few kitchen items (oven mitts, colander, dish rack), but not enough to lose a star. Plenty of places to sleep for a large group. Game room is great for teenagers. Very communicative and easy to work with hosts. Highly recommend. "

We did not cook there so I can’t speak to the completeness of utensils, etc. Close to several restaurants and Walmart. "
