"Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was...

"We had a room facing the road and the noise hardly ever stopped. Difficult to sleep. Beds were somewhat short for tall people like us. The owner is very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient for driving to the airport and there is a good restaurant in the building next door. "

"The reviews are correct..there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the hotel. Once you are up there, it is quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room had a huge balcony but the thinnest bathroom. Hard to sit down if you know what I mean. Breakfast was fine. Easy walk from the train station. The neneighborhood does not look great but only a few blocks to the town center....beautiful. Catania is a lovely city and Bmode is a good place to stay to explore."

"Dark dingy accomodation in run down area of Catania. Toilet very poor. Staircase dangerous with broken steps. Entrance door hard to find, run down and not inviting. Stayed for 5 mins then left to find somewhere better. Photos on Hotel.com website are misleading. dont think should be on Hotels.com listings. Really, really disappointing. "
