"Fantastic stay, highly recommended "

"Set in the countryside the building is very impressive. There is ample parking but due to the hotels popularity one may have to walk a fair distance to get to the entrance. The entrance hall with its staircase is very impressive. On checking in the friendly receptionist gives you a map so you can find your room. This is a vital document as the route to ones room is a maze. We were upgraded and had a suite on two floors. Arriving late we had dinner in the Atrium. The food was good. The next morning we had breakfast in the Restaurant which was excellent. Prior to leaving we walked round the grounds which every guest should see."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, lots of choices for diners. Breakfast was buffet style, very varied and the view from the dining windows looked over the grounds. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"

"Great location- half way point from wales to south coast. Lovely reception, friendly easy check in. Nice room very comfortable. Only problem was the noise - a strange bit loud humming all the time - like machinery. Also the sink doesn't drain very fast at all - maybe a blockage somewhere - so water in the basin all the time. But all in all it's a good place to stay- easy parking and near Asda and the cinema too- both of which we took advantage of "
