"The most amazing weekend. Walking to the Northend for dinner under the lit up Valentine's archway. Fantastic location, could also jump right on the subway. The hotel felt luxurious and the staff was so super friendly and courteous. "

"I had a bad experience between the desk staff and Expedia and I believe it's the latter that made it so difficult to work out. This needs to be mentioned because both made it near impossible fix what should have been a simple glitch in the booking website. The hotel needs some minor fixing up like tables and furniture where the finish is rubbing off at the edges and marks on the wall bumpers etc. New carpeting might be needed to be honest. The staff are nice, the hotel restaurant menu could...

"I arrived at 7:30 am after taking a red-eye from the west coast. Although there were no guarantees, I had a room by 8:30 after two complementary cups of coffee. My service was efficient, polite, and while making no promises, she did everything she could. Thanks"
