"The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much...

The consensus of my family was it would have been perfect if it weren’t for the vehicles revving their engines in the middle of the night and the sound of the railroad. Those things beyond your control, made sleeping difficult. "
