"From the time we were picked up in the included shuttle to the next morning check out, they were very friendly. The room, bathroom and bedding were clean and nice. Nice included breakfast with fresh hot coffee. Convenient and on time shuttle service back to airport. "

"I was able to check in a little early, and was given the most appropriate room. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is well-kept and quiet. It is very convenient walk to Spectrum Arena (I was there for a Charlotte Hornets game). I definitely plan to stay here again."

"We liked that it was across the street from a very good diner that is open all night. It was very close to Spectrum Center which is where the event was we came for. Our room was very clean and it was quiet. Housekeeping was very sweet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a good visit. "

"I loved the beauty and the elegance of the Ballantyne. The staff, food and service were exceptional. The rooms are large and spacious with beautiful water and park views. The linens and towels were soft and embraceable. I highly recommend staying at The Ballantyne for a special event, or when you want to feel pampered. They had a Ginger Bread House contest and the families all did an amazing job. We left on Dec. 26 and a beautiful set-up for Christmas Tea. Next time, we’ll stay 4 nights to enjoy the Tea."
