"Westotel is an excellent hotel and I would strongly recommend. However, the breakfast situation could be improved. By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did."

"We booked a family room for one night and were pleased with an upstairs loft for the kids and a downstairs for the adults. The star was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were several good dining options close by. A god choice for a stop at Beauvais airport."

"The hotel was great...hotels.com was not. They took my reservation when the hotel was already full so I arrived at 11 pm after an international flight to find out I had a reservation but no room! Thankfully the employees were understanding and extremely helpful. They not only called around to check for availability at other hotels but after that didn't work they started checking with guests with reservations that had not yet arrived and found someone who was not able to make it that night. Otherwise, I would not have had a room and would have had to search farther away to find another hotel. "
