The hotel was new looking and very clean. Beds are fine and the aircon is great and silent. The hotel was quite silent in general. However the pool was closed due to problems with the water quality and the fridge in our room didn’t work. We tried to contact the staff about this concern and met a woman who didn’t speak English and didn’t even care to look at us while talking to us. She had an English speaking colleague tell us that “it’s a mini bar, not a fridge. It’s not supposed to cool”. Probably the most ridiculous explanation in history.

Westotel is an excellent hotel and I would strongly recommend. However, the breakfast situation could be improved. By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did.

J'ai apprécié la propreté de la chambre, l'excellente literie ainsi que notre repas au restaurant qui était vraiment succulent. Le sauna est propre et le personnel très gentil. Les points que je regrette sont les suivant : Notre salle de bain avait des tâches vertes près du lavabo . rien de méchant mais étant donné que l'hôtel est neuf , il ne devrait pas y avoir ce genre de tâches. La salle de sport n'a pas de poids seulement des machines de cardio et certaines sont déjà inutilisables.(rameurs)

C’est toujours avec plaisir que je rend a cet hôtel mais mon séjour a ete gâché par un incident, véhicule endommagé sur le parking de l’hôtel Perte de plus de 2 heures au commissariat pour deposer plainte et j’attends toujours l’appel de la direction pour obtenir le résultat de la lecture des cameras

Awesome stay
Very friendly stay, we had decided to spend one night and stayed an extra night, got a good deal from the front office. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommended it without a doubt

Surpris qu’on me demande une pré-autorisation de 150€. J’étais allé dans cette établissement 1 mois auparavant et on ne m’avait rien demandé de tel. D’après le réceptionniste, c’est en cas de souci dans la chambre. J’apprécie très moyennement cette façon de faire.
