"THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILD SAFE!! This house is not fit for children! The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the pool and sauna as well, it was nice how late the pool and sauna were open too (10pm). "

Perfect stay, amazing service!

"The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! The room was bigger than expected, the coffee was good and there were even complementary drinks in the minibar, something you don’t see often nowadays but makes you feel so much more welcome. A huge compliment for the staff! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel! Thank you "
