"We visited in February. The room was clean, we stayed in a pool view room. Heated pool and hot tub were awesome. Staff was very nice. Nowhere on the website says that all the bars and restaurants were closed for the season. We expected multiple options. The main bar/restaurant up front was open, and the beach bar was open. "

"We have stayed here before & good to see rooms were updated. Only issues we had at all is our floors were so dirty our feet would turn black after we took a shower if we didn’t put our shoes; nasty apparently. Our room didn’t get cleaned two days for some reason . The /supply closet fior room service was outside our room every morning the workers came in hollering duwn the hall at each other, laughing, cutting up every morning at 8:00. We were down there due to a family member living in the area...

"The location and condo was great for us. We especially liked that there were beach chairs, toys, an umbrella and a cart to get it all down to the beach. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving...
