"I arrived in Marfa in the middle of the night and accessed the room leaving the host a message that I was entering early and would pay the additional fee. Message was well received and fee was minimal. The hot water was not working in unit 2 and I was given unit 3 for my visit. NP the beds were like clouds and the overall situation was very good. "

"The location was just as described. Property management was nice and quickly assisted me with an issue I had. Door locks can be a little tricky so I do recommend watching the video that you receive in a text message before your check-in but once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy. Will definitely be my choice for my next trip! "

"Tiny is the way to Stay! The accommodations were perfect! I have family in Monahans and it was nice to cook a meal for them. "We loved the property. Outside was beautiful and my children enjoyed it. There was someone for my 8 and 10 year old to play and my 15 year old to enjoy being outside and reading. Inside was nice. I liked that both of the lots were connecting but still gave us our own space. The kids liked being able to have their own side. We also like the idea of the guest book and seeing how long it has been going. Wish we could hsbe stayed more than one night. We definitely would like to come back."

"If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway this property is wonderful! We really enjoyed our evenings at the house. You have beautiful views of mountains from your porch. The area is under construction still so there are some extra noises to go with that but they kept it to normal hours and it was minimal overall. The property manager was very prompt in responding to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay! "

"We had never heard of Marfa, TX but my son encouraged us to visit as we were passing through west Texas. It was a little out of our way but we are so glad we did. Our stay at El Cosmico was the icing on the cake. We stayed in a yurt for the first time which was awesome but the entire property is just so fun. We had read about glamping but never experienced it. I highly recommend visiting both Marfa and El Cosmico. "
