The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. "Very picturesque room, under the eaves, just the type of quirky we like. No AC that we could see a control for, but opening the window to keep things cool in March is not an issue on the 3rd floor.
