"This hotel is so convenient, clean, great snorkeling and diving right on the Beach and Fantastic Dive Shop right onsite Wanna Dive. Very basic in the room but that is all I needed. New and clean and comfortable. Great friendly service. Chris the head manager and Tristan at the Front desk took 5 Star care of me at the hotel and Nico and Shiloh at the Dive Shop were Amazing! Good food, great beach club and bar! Such an Amazing and Relaxing Vaction! Was there the entire week!"

"The resort management was very friendy and supportive. We knew when they were in site and how to reach them via WhatsApp otherwise. The villas are spaced so that you have a private feeling. Pool is open 24/7. Everything was very laid back. We very much enjoyed our stay! "

"We enjoyed the easy access to the water for swimming and an easy dive from the pier right from the restaurant area. The room was clean and all staff was friendly. I enjoyed having a variety of dishes to use with the kitchen area. The space of the 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for 2, but I would say that the bathroom door and bedroom door can be a bit tricky to navigate when both are open and wish that had a different setup. The property felt safe and we enjoyed walks around the property."

"Second time at Chogogo.. looking forward to my next trip! I’ll remember to bring a small bar of handsoap. There is none in the unit bathrooms. The staff at Sunset and Bina are amazing… service at the bar on the beach is pretty awful. I’ll just plan to eat at Sunset and Bina when I return! "

"Loved my stay here- Thank you to the owners Sylvia, Prisca and Roger! And to my dive guide instructor Geert you all made this trip amazing! I highly recommend Tropical Divers Resort for divers and travelers alike. The property here is peaceful and tidy and the you can’t beat the location a couple mins walk to the ocean. "

Terrible - Did not end of staying at property

"I didn't end up staying at the property. The property manager did not respond to communications through the app or the phone number they provided. There were no check-in instructions provided and the property manager did not respond at all to my our your representatives so i had to cancel my trip as there were no other similar options available due to the timing.Communicating with offshore customer support was a miserable experience with 90 minute wait times with representatives that were only responding with a script. I still haven't been refunded despite multiple communications with customer service. "

"Nothing works no hot water one day no electricity bad smell front gate didn’t close so anyone could come in - very poor upkeep worse place we’ve ever stayed. Pool horrible, trip hazards everywhere. Not enough cookware/dishes for a workable kitchen. Broken down hotel and NOT like the pictures. Other ratings are not likely people who stayed there. Only positive was the great Dutch desk clerk who was doing his best in a bad situation. "
