"The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked with all you need. Location is a short distance to beaches such as Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice beach. A bit longer distance to Siesta Key yet worth the drive. (45 minutes) The golf courses in Rotonda are very nice and just a few minutes from this location. This is also a nice neighborhood for walking. Highly recommend this condo and location. "

"This home is very clean, tastefully decorated, furniture and bed were comfortable and kitchen is well equipped to handle any meal. My wife and I stayed only a few nights but cooked in one night and everything we needed was available to us in the cabinets to allow us to complete our meal. The outside is really nice with waterway view and sitting area with fire pit."

"This location is excellent. A quiet neighborhood easy biking and walking trails. 15 min to nearby beaches, state park and hiking areas. We loved the heated pool and bikes. Fantastic bike trail nearby. The neighbors were great. The manager is wonderful and quickly responded to us. The house is very well stocked we did not need a thing. Loved the vacation."

"Clean and as described. It was located in a pleasant neighborhood where we took numerous walks and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the pool once the weather warmed up a bit. The pool heat and solar cover worked well. The home was well stocked and even though we didn’t have our granddaughter with us there were many items available for children — books games crib high chair. etc. — we actually did a puzzle and played skeeball. Kate was very responsive if we had any questions. The house was...
