"The newly renovated rooms are very nice and comfortable. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and it was very quiet while we were there. Downtown location is great, close to lots of shopping and food options. Starbucks is just half a block away! Breakfast was just okay. The pancake maker is great! The juice and coffee machines weren't working, which was disappointing, however they did have a small Keurig machine available. I would have liked to see a decaf coffee option, but I...

"Large room with suite like amenities. Easy to have an extended stay here. Mattress very nice. Not too firm or plush.Shower head not like those needle like low flow ones. Breakfast bar could have a few more selections but the coffee was hot and good. One concern I do have is the lack of signage within the building, how to get to parkade , main lobby etc."

"Probably the nicest most comfortable place to stay in Fort McMurray. Cleanest rooms, an outstanding host, great location. Homemade breakfast, real breakfast that is, eggs, toast, bacon, hashbrown, all included in the price of the stay, no holiday inn fake egg buffet here. "

"This is our second stay at Clearwater Residence Hotel, Timberlea. We love the convenience of the location, the area has lots to offer. The manager, Cheryl , helped us with our choice of an inside suite and we were very pleased with our time in the suite. Thanks."
