"Staff was very pleasant, but communication was difficult at best. I would recommend future guests to make sure you have WhatsApp or you could feel very isolated. The room was very clean, but not what we expected. Pictures did not seem to be a realistic representation of the property. "

"The address listed is not the address of the building and the phone numbers that I tried to use were not correct either the correct building is number 10. This building is under construction and had people hanging around and dogs and appeared to be extremely unsafe."

"IT WAS CLEAN, LARGE, SAFE, GREAT LOCATION FROM AIRPORT. WE WERE ABLE TO GET PICKED UP FROM THE CONDO TO TAKE A TUBING, ZIPLINE, AND RUIN TOUR. THE HOST AND HIS DAUGHTER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, SHE LET US STOP AT A STORE BEFORE WE GOT TO THE CONDO. THEY PROVIDED TAXI SERVICE FOR AN EXTRA $25. SO CONVENIENT! "

"We spent 2 night here while doing a cave tubing excusion. The location was easy to find with the help of the taxi at the airport. The unit was as pictured and very clean. It is about a 20-30 min walk to the belize sign and restaurants down near the water, on the way there is a grocery store. It was nice having access to a fridge and cutlery in the unit so we could make our own breakfasts and store dinner left overs. "Property was very nice, there's no flyers with advertisements for restaurants nearby. You must have your own transportation unless you have a chauffeur to drive you around."

"Location is on a main highway out of town so some traffic noise and you will need car to get anywhere. Breakfast was included and good. Lots of steep steps for the unit we had."

"First, the good things. Location is beautiful, pool looks great, love the dock and pick up right there for snorkeling trip. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen stocked with necessary cookware, dishes, etc. James was very responsive to all messages and Ms. Flor the property manager was very helpful.Next, what wasn't so great. We live off grid in Belize and are used to conserving electric and water. However, the shower in the apartment was abysmal. The only pressure came with only hot water,...

"It was decent but the photos are a bit misleading...outdated with remnants of yesteryear throughout. The roof access is actually outside of the room (with a clothes hanging on a clothes line). The sitting area (with the view) has outside exit is an locked emergency only exit (no access to outdoors). No access to dock.
