When we arrived to the building there was mold all over the door, including the door handle which we obviously had to touch in order to get in. There were a small set of wooden stairs that were covered with mold and so slippery that a few of us almost slipped multiple times. Opening the door to the apartment was a joke. "Home is walking distance to Village and Tolley pickup right in front. Ali communication was clear and detailed. She also was quick to respond to any questions. P.S. You can use the Dumpster across the street at the hotel called Adirondack Sunrise if needed! 😊"

"Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again."

I feel that it is a bit misleading in the listing as you do not realize the unit is truly squeezed in between full time residential apartments.. However the location across the street from the beach and the vicinity to Rt. 9 cant be beat for sightseeing in the area. The only issue we had was the unit was not clean or ready for us upon arrival it took quite awhile to get in touch with the property manager who seemed unaware of...

"Updated unit with two separate bedrooms. About 20 second drive from Cate’s Italian Garden. Host are just next door in the building of their own. Mary responds to messages almost immediately. Overall great stay. "

"Overall, stay was very good. One small thing that wasn’t clear was the mooring for the boat. It was not directly in front of the dock at all I thought I might have to use one of the neighbors if it was necessary. Fortunately, it did not become necessary because the folks that stayed on the property right on the water did not have a boat The only other thing I think is worth mentioning for people who have Boats is that your water inlet is directly in front of the dock and may be an obstruction...

"Clean, open, and sunny. Happy to have the gas stove and washer/dryer. Bed was comfortable and bedding was most inviting. Couch a bit uncomfortable with the worn in dip where we sat. Very homey however felt exposed with the lack of window coverings. Loved the homey touches , flowers on the table, plush soft throws rolled in basket, plush bath towels ktexposethecoverings."
