"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. "Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. We could not have imagined a better place to start the rest of our lives!...

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur .
