"We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!"

They charge $15 a night on top of what you have already paid for linen towns etc.We stayed 2 nights so the charge was $30 when we said our room hadn't been serviced and clean towels provided for the 2nd day he dropped the charge to $15. The second night we had a loud continuous noise from the hot water so not much sleep that night. Could do with checking the crockery. "Although not clear from the Vrbo details on line, this is one of four properties within a relatively small area, managed by a staff who are on site during the day. It felt mostly private although staff watering plants and sweeping up leaves were always around in the morning and tended to do their work (sometimes a bit noisily) at 7-8 am.
