"Great situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean the only thing that is a let down is the bathroom it’s a bit outdated found the shower slippy and no where to put your shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and full cooked breakfast is very good and hot. Didn’t have dinner was not keen on the menu but it might be good for others but not me. "Alison and Hugh are superb hosts and went out of their way to make us feel át home'in their beautiful house in Lossiemouth. Further, they were both so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed Hugh's cooking! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The house itself is ideally located only 2 minutes to nearby restaurants, coffee and the idyllic beach. We would highly recommend Lossiemouth House to future guests and look forward to staying again soon! "

"Check in is easy with lock box. Very clean throughout. Comfortable for the group. Hot tub a real pleasure with gorgeous sunsets to finish the day. Roads around the property are farm tracks so a little care needed. We found the road past the care home a better route to and from the property.
