Staff are very attentive and cant do enough to make your stay a pleasure. Breakfast cooked to irder. My friend said the pancakes were fluffy and the best he had ever tasted and poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Dinner menu could be a bit more variable. Especially if you are staying more than 1 night, but the food was delicious. An elevator/ lift would be most appeciated !! Overall a most enjoyable visit.

Just one night here on business. Arrived late to very friendly welcome. Lovely room. Spotless. Comfy bed and excellent shower. I enjoyed the eggs benedict for breakfast. Would stay here again. Recommended.

Beautiful old building on the NC500. Simply stunning, from the long driveway and grounds to the grand lounge and dining areas. Bedroom was an impressive size with tasteful period style decor. Staff were all great, food was superb.

The apartments are very modern and comfortable and we enjoyed the location. It was very quiet and the view of the loch was very nice. The manager was very responsive when I had questions and provided recommendations for restaurants that were convenient to our travel plans. Beautiful grounds and location. The hotel restaurant was closed so just a limited bar menu and it would have been good for that to have been disclosed prior to arrival. The highland cow kids toys on arrival was the sweetest gesture! Overall we enjoyed the stay :)
