"This is a new hotel that is perfect for guests waiting to board a cruise in Ravenna. It’s clean and modern and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the only blip was the very slow service. We were served just bread no water and no one came back for 20+ minutes to take our order while we watched other tables seated after us get served. Other than that everyone was very nice and accommodating."
