"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. She immediately drove him to the train station and police department. The next morning we left very early to go to another city to get an emergency passport. She went so above and beyond to help us.
