We were too tired to complain about it and decided to just do the best with what we had. Customer service was excellent from beginning to end. We came in so late due to some travel delays but Giorgino took care of us right away, he is the kindest person I met in our European travels. The hotel was spotless, with parking and also really nice bathrooms and a balcony."
