"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. The staff was very understanding and stayed late so they could check us in. "Ariana was so incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating! We arrived there at 11pm and discovered my hubby left his passport on the train. Walkable, 1/2 mile from train station and to the UNESCO tiles tour from 500-600 AD. 3/4 mile to nearest grocery, deli, wine store. "This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have.
