"Great hotel amenities and the staff was very helpfull. David from Concierge was very knowleageble and he helped us booking tours. Our experience with Lounge was very good. 1st breakfast at Richard's was very bad. My wife returned the not cooked eggs and they were returned still not cooked after less than 5 min as they were left under an infrared lamp.This was not a safe practice. My omlette was the quality of a 2 stars dinner. The potatoes were boiled and slightly roasted, Tomatoes not riped and no taste.The fruits platter was moldy and expired fruits. We complained to our server. We decided not to come to Richards based on out experience and other hotel's guests. We noted every day Richard's was almost empty for breakfast and dinner even the hotel was very busy. "

"Hands down the best staff and service. This is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed with. Rooms are simple and clean. The only wish I had was for a small fridge but this is a first world problem. The restaurant & bar was great. The location is perfect for both business and tourism. The only not as great aspect are the elevators are slow and relatively confusing. "

"Another great stay at the Citizen M. I really like their working spaces, efficient service, cleanliness standards, comfortable and quiet rooms, fast wifi, still/sparkling water fountains and their overall model. This location doesn't have a rooftop like other locations, the gym is tiny and it will get crowded with more than four people, and customer service was a little less friendly than in other locations, but I have no complains. Every request I made from coffee to cleaning my room was met expeditiously. "

"They brought me extra towels fresh from the dryer that were still warm. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly. The bed was super comfortable with such cozy bedding. The shower was clean and had AMAZING water pressure. The overall vibe was fun and the area had tons of restaurants options. "
