"The property is in a convenient location and had everything we needed for a short stay. We had a number of unexpected guests--ants in our luggage--but it appeared that they were already aware of the issue and attempting to fix it."

You can't park the car in the garage until you get the key for the condo and then he garage door opener to park the car. The lockbox for Vacasa is down a hallway you would never know to go to. "This property overall is a really good rental with lots of space and a very open and airy feel to the apartment. It has all of the things you need to have a good stay. "Ruth's Cottage is as advertised - a charming farmhouse which has plenty of vintage touches AND is comfortable, cozy, and with all the amenities one needs. And its location can't be beat - just a short walk to downtown Carlton, an easy drive to McMinnville, and convenient access to everything that Willamette Valley wine country has to offer. I can't wait to return to Ruth's Cottage!"

"My family had a delightful stay here. Beds and furniture were comfortable, games were fun. Great toys and games for the toddlers and older kids. Host was very responsive and a great communicator. Unfortunately there seems to be marijuana growing nearby. The smell was unpleasant when outside. The neighborhood was quiet and safe though. We would stay there again. "

"Thoughtfully appointed with every need for a multi generation family trip including an infant to grandparents and plenty of space to enjoy multiple activities, especially the hot tub! Hosts were very attentive and quickly responded to our questions. Truly a perfect home."
