"Privacy and quiet as an adult only B&B was very appealing. Views were spectacular. Daily breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent experience."

"The Trillium Cabin was a quiet retreat from the tourist driven excess of much which is nearby. The welcome including tasty dessert offerings with a wide choice of beverages was a unexpected treat. The Jacuzzi for two soothed our tired hiking trail joints. The breakfast delivered to our cabin was an excellent start to our day. Unfortunately, we only had time to stay one night."

"A beautiful and Christmas filled getaway for my cousins and myself! We loved the grounds decorated so elegantly and fire pits ready for gathering! The rooms were so comfortable and well stocked. We took the bus to the park and returned the same way. Easy! "

"Amazing nice people. Big change from some hotel staff. Bed very comfortable. Had trouble finding lobby, was detached from the rooms, but we were very tired so just missed the building on the left. Would stay again. Are at Ruby Tuesdays. Great food and wonderful service."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager went out of her way to help us. We were given what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. But the bathroom was not really they need to raise the commode seats o and put in handrails. "

"Property should have been checked my maintenance before renting. Insulation was blowing out of heat vents into jacuzzi tum making it unusable. Bed was broken or not put together correctly and could only sleep on one side. Great location. A bit hard to get to but needs to be better maintained. "

Amazing House With Room For Everyone.

"My group of eight women throughly enjoyed our stay here. There was more than enough room for everyone. The two kitchens gave us plenty of room to cook and store food. The beds are very comfortable. Do be aware there are a lot of stairs, but anyone with mobility issues can easily access the lower level, which has two bedrooms, a kitchen, deck access, and a view of the lake. The drive to and from Sevieverville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is easy and it was a pleasure looking forward to returning to the house each night. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again! "

"This property comfortably housed my family as well as my sister’s family for an absolutely fantastic time of family togetherness. The playground out front was the best! We made fires in the fire pit and enjoyed the incredible beauty of this spot. "

Wonderful glamping experience!

"The property was beautiful! Everything was as described or better. Beautiful sleeping quarters and extra amenities on the property. Sleeping area was bigger than I expected and fit me and my girls with room the spare. We came on a chilly week but the heaters worked well. Location was great! Highly recommend! "

Amazing host

"The property is just as it looks in the photos and as described in the description. The host always responded within minutes and even helped us late at night to change the propane. It was very cold in the morning and nights but the heated blanket and heaters were provided in the room and common areas which helped a lot. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
