"The ambiance was the best part. It felt so relaxing and calming. The large back porch overlooking the woods was so relaxing. There was a perfect mix of technology and old world charm. Everything was very clean and well organized. Our Boxer Bulldog felt right at home. Hopefully we can reserve the cabin for next year's trip. "

"We loved our stay at Trails End. The cabin was so cozy and equipped with everything we needed. It’s far enough away from town to give you peace and serenity but not so far you can’t grab a bite to eat. There were no other cabins too close to ours so we felt secluded. Our host Cyndie was great and very attentive. We didn’t want to leave and even stayed an extra day. I highly recommend if your looking for a peaceful retreat."

"We have already reserved this hotel for a visit in April 2026. The room we had was a little outdated. The room isvery quiet and the balcony was peaceful.The parking for the room, in this particular section, is horrible. There are approximately six rooms (or a few more) and only four paved parking places. The convenience of this hotel to the visitor center where we were for an event is perfect. Townsend is an amazingly quiet town. You are still closely located to the rambunctious Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Great Smoky Mountains are out your back door. Again, we have already reserved to stay there the following year that’s how much we like this family built, owned and ranhotel."
