We spent 5 weeks in the apartment and cooked multiple meals a week. You can walk to the heart of Menton in just over 5 mins and the beach in 10 minutes. It's within easy walking distance of virtually everything in Monte Carlo (though I'd recommend taking a bus up to the old town area), but keep in mind that Monte Carlo is a _very_ hilly city. "This is a lovely, small cabin directly on the sea. We were worried what we would find but were delighted with this little place. The only sounds we heard were the pounding of the waves on the shore. The property is not sophisticated but is very clean and has all you need for a holiday on the beach. It is a 6 minute walk into Ospedeletti. The property is directly below the cycle path.
